Myers Mixers introduces the 600/500 series horizontal mixer for intermediate-speed blending and mixing of medium-viscosity liquid-powder systems such as adhesives and viscous coatings.

Eight bolt-on-style blades homogenize the batch with minimal shear, while close tolerance between impellers and tank sidewall ensure batch uniformity, and the dimple-jacketed ASME-rated tank provides an even batch temperature.

The 600/500 series mixer offers reliable operation and in-service time, with a bolted end providing access for simplified maintenance and cleaning. The design flexibility of this 900-gal working capacity mixer can allow for 500-1500 ft/min blade tip speed to accommodate mixing modalities from gentle folding to light shear and viscosities from 20,000 cP to 750,000 cP.

Industries and applications include caulking, adhesives, sealants, and joint compounds.
